How to use:

Three ways to use Sniffles Support Body & Shower Drops:

1.  Massage 3-4 drops into your upper chest and shoulder’s before climbing into the shower. Once under the warm water, breathe in deeply. Exhale slowly to benefit from the calming scent. Wash off as per your normal shower ritual.
2. Use as a bath oil.  Add 6-8 drops in the bath. Lie back and breathe deeply to relax and inhale the reviving benfits of the scent.
3. As a massage oil: Target stiff and achy muscles with a body massage. Rub, smooth and massage the oil into the skin to ease the pain of sore muscles while the zesty scent helps decongest and open blocked noses and sinuses.

Alternatively, gently massage 1-2 drops into your wrists or base ofthe elbow before bedtime or as needed to help decongest and breathe easily.  Breathe in deeply for 7 counts and out slowly for 10. Repeat
