How to use:

Three ways to us Stress Relief Body & Shower Drops:

1. Massage 3-4 drops into your upper chest and shoulder’s before climbing into the shower. Once under the warm water, breathe in deeply. Exhale slowly to benefit from the calming scent. Wash off as per your normal shower ritual.
2. Use as a bath oil.  Add 6-8 drops in the bath. Lie back and breathe deeply to relax and inhale the calming benfits of the Stress Relief scent.
